📹 Another PFC Project Fully Funded!

More good news for Long Riston Playing Fields.

We’re delighted to announce that Long Riston Playing Fields Committee has been awarded £1,500 from the Withernwick Wind Farm Community Fund towards our new CCTV system.

This follows the £1,000 already secured from the Routh Wind Farm Community Fund, which means the full cost of the new CCTV system has now been secured through grant funding. 🎉

That’s another important improvement to the playing fields delivered without drawing on the PFC’s day-to-day funds.

The new system will provide much better coverage across the site, helping us protect the facilities, equipment and considerable investment that has been made at the playing fields for the benefit of the whole community. 🔒

With the new MUGA on the way, alongside the many other improvements being made across the site, protecting those facilities for the future is increasingly important.
