Play park - Damage 12th May.

A polite reminder to all users of the Playing Fields facilities.

Following an inspection this morning, tyre marks were found on the surfaces of the tennis courts, MUGA, and play park areas (see photos below). Can parents please remind children that cycling, e-scooters, and e-bikes are not permitted on these surfaces, as they can cause damage and increase ongoing maintenance costs.

We would also kindly ask users of the play park not to turn the basket swing upside down, as repeated misuse may damage the support cable, which has already needed replacement this year.

A huge amount of volunteer time, fundraising, and community investment goes into maintaining and improving these facilities for everyone to enjoy. We would really appreciate everyone’s support in helping to look after them.
